Hibs prepared for Edinburgh derby with Hearts - Fenlon

Hibernian are in a positive mindset ahead of the weekend's Edinburgh derby with Heart of Midlothian.

Hibs kicked off their Scottish Premier League campaign with a 1-0 loss to Motherwell on Sunday, adding to their early exit from the Europa League at the hands of Malmo, but manager Pat Fenlon is confident.

"Last year we started with a 3-0 defeat at Dundee United and we went on a fantastic run. That's the target this season," said Fenlon.

"Everyone says Motherwell are the second best team in the league and we matched them in most departments. Defensively we were solid for most of the game.

"We need to add more in trying to score goals but we will do that over the course of time.

"We'll go there and try to win the game like we did the last time.

"It's three points I'm more interested in, although the supporters will enjoy it if we can go there and win."
