Hibs assistant boss Donald Park says Derek Riordan has shown fresh maturity since his return from Celtic. "He has been very chatty, there is a lot of communication this time and he has matured," said Park. "When I knew him as a kid, he was full of nonsense but he has a bit of maturity about him now and hopefully sense. It's the way he interacts with us. It used to be hard when the kids were younger. He feels very comfortable holding a conversation . . . that comes with maturity and experience."
