Scottish club Hibernian have made it very clear that English outfit Nottingham Forest have not contacted them about Colin Calderwood.
The Hibs boss is wanted by new Forest manager Steve McClaren in his backroom staff but a club statement has pointed out that there has been no discussions with the Championship outfit.
"We have had no contact at all from Nottingham Forest regarding Colin," confirmed the club statement.
Calderwood is a former player and manager at Forest and is reportedly being earmarked for a return but Hibs have made it very clear that his position is very much as their manager and not as McClaren's assistant.
