Colin Calderwood was a happy man after the Scottish Football Association erased the red card from his Hibernian midfielder Liam Miller.
Miller was sent off in the 2-1 loss to Kilmarnock on the weekend for a foul on Conor Sammon after referee Craig Thomson had a lengthy discussion with his assistant but his one-match ban which comes with the territory for a straight red has been overturned.
In Calderwood's opinion, it is the correct decision, and will allow Miller to face Aberdeen on Boxing Day.
"We are pleased to have Liam available for selection," he told the club's official website.
"We felt it was right to contest the decision and we are pleased with the verdict reached by the SFA."
