Everton fullback Tony Hibbert insists they go into their noon day clash with Manchester United in prime form.
Diniyar Bilyaletdinov, Dan Gosling and Jack Rodwell helped Everton to a 3-1 home win against United last season and Hibbert believes that result should give the Blues cause for optimism ahead of the game.
"It's a massive game for us, we're at home and we need a win no matter what," Hibbert told evertontv. We've had a few good results at home against Man United so I think the lads are looking forward to it."
Everton have taken just a point from their opening three league games, but Hibbert insisted that this does not reflect the Toffees' early season performances.
"I think we're playing brilliantly we really are," he continued. "We're getting a grip of the game and passing the ball really well.
"We're just lacking a little bit in the final third but maybe that's a bit of luck and maybe that will come on Saturday."
