Hertha Berlin defender John Anthony Brooks has missed the clubs midseason training camp in Turkey.
The USA international remained in Germany to receive treatment on strained knee ligaments as the rest of the squad headed to Belek on the southwest coast.
Brooks is expected to be sidelined for up to two weeks and is likely to be back in the Hertha line-up for the January 25 trip to Eintracht Frankfurt.
