Hernanes says Lazio are well up for the title battle.

The Biancocelesti are currently joint top of the table with Udinese, although Juventus and Napoli have a game in hand.

"The basic squad remained from last season and we knew that we could only improve with the arrival of Miroslav Klose, Djibril Cissè, Senad Lulic and Federico Marchetti," he told the Gazzetta dello Sport.

"Now Lazio are in the Scudetto race too. I always want to improve, do not set limits nor plan objectives. I always want more. I can feel that I'm doing better and obviously it's pleasing to think I can get even stronger."
