Former Juventus midfielder Hernanes can understand the axing of Leonardo Bonucci.

Bonucci was dropped for the win over Porto, having clashed with coach Massmiliano Allegri during the Palermo game.

“When I arrived at Juve, I came to a place where I wanted to be," Hernanes, now with Hebei China Fortune, explained to Sky Italia.

“It's not a football team, it's a business. It's hard to find that kind of approach in football. There's the club, and there are roles.

“If you don't respect them or don't adapt, you'll suffer penalties from the hierarchy. I like this kind of attitude, because everyone must respect the rules."
