Henry eyeing big 2012 with NYRB after Arsenal loan

Thierry Henry is now solely focused on a successful season with New York Red Bulls following his closely followed loan spell with former club Arsenal.

The French striker netted three important goals in seven substitute appearances in his second coming as a Gunners player but insists that he is now putting all of his efforts into winning matches with New York in 2012 after a disappointing 2011 MLS campaign.

"Last season, we were very confident after having a great preseason," Henry said. "But … last season wasn't too great, so you can never know.

"Hopefully we can improve next season and get two or three more players involved in the game. Hopefully [2012 will be] a better year and be more consistent.

"I'm here. I'm ready for the season," he added. "Unfortunately, I talked about my time in Arsenal while I was there. I'm only going to talk about the Red Bulls and the upcoming season."
