Thierry Henry admits preseason at new club Barcelona has been tough.

"It hits you both physically and mentally," said the former Arsenal striker, "but this is all necessary because the same things happen during the season and it's important to know that you can get through it.

"Everyone's attitude to training has been first class. There are great professionals here, a good atmosphere and everyone is very motivated to reach our objectives. Which is to win everything possible."
