Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson wants to build on his goal scoring performance in victory over Bolton Wanderers.
The victory took the Reds - at least temporarily - to the top of the Premier League and underlined the progress the club are making under Kenny Dalglish.
Henderson told LFC TV: "Scoring for Liverpool, especially your first goal, means a lot - you could see that from my celebration.
"But the main thing was the team performance, I thought we were brilliant throughout the game.
"I've worked hard and got my head down but I think I can do a lot better, I think there's still a lot more to come.
"I just need to focus on what I need to do, keep working hard in training and hopefully that will come through on the pitch."
