Hellas Verona signing Bruno Zuculini says there's no regrets leaving Manchester City.

Zuculini, after helping Verona win promotion last season, signed permanently for the Serie A new boys last week.

He recalled: "In Cesena, just after the game I called my agent and told him right away that I wanted to stay. I had not a doubt.

"I arrived in Serie B and I had the goal of returning to Serie A with this team. Verona is beautiful, Manchester is far away. I learned a lot in these years.

"It was not easy I assure you. Different language, different life. But it was very useful. I learned better how to be a professional."
