Hellas Verona coach Fabio Pecchia insists he's not ignoring on-loan Newcastle United winger Rolando Aarons.

Arriving in January on-loan, Aarons has managed just 196 minutes of action with Verona so far.

Pecchia, who worked with Aarons at Newcastle, said: "I hope he can have his say, he's a player who can give us a lot.

"It takes some time coming from the big teams, it takes time, we have to be good at accelerating his progress, I am convinced that he has great qualities, it is clear that the language hampers him."
