Johnny Heitinga has played down his influence on Everton's FA Cup triumph at Chelsea.
The 27-year-old came on to help shore up Everton's midfield before slamming home a spot kick in the shootout, and then provided a real talking point as he bumped into Ashley Cole on his way back to the halfway line.
And given the fact Cole subsequently ballooned his kick high and wide, the talk has been of the Everton player putting the England man off.
But Heitinga told evertontv: "I don't think so. I scored my penalty and celebrated with our fans, which was great, I loved it.
"I turned and walked towards the halfway line and looked up and saw Ashley Cole walking towards me. We were walking in the same line - he didn't move, I didn't move - and that is that. It is football and I am just happy it is us going through."
