Johnny Heitinga says he's ready to leave Everton.

The defender wants to be sold this summer, with his current deal expiring in 2014.

"The situation is that I do not want to extend," he told NUSport. "Because if I'm going to extend it means that Everton will my last chance abroad.

"I've played in Spain, in England, maybe it's time for something else."
