Heerenveen left-back Lesly Fellinga has agreed terms with FC Toronto.
The 23-year old Tahiti international now just needs to receive his work permit before his move to MLS is complete.
It is expected that Fellinga's permit will clear this week, allowing to begin training with the Reds immediately.
Fellinga spent last season in Heerenveen after joining from Eerste Divisie outfit BV Veendam.
