Hebei China Fortune have angrily denied reports of a massive offer being tabled for Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez.

The Chinese Premier League club are growing tired of the rumours of mega transfer spending.

The latest was of a €110 million offer for James, with a €30 million salary package.

But a spokesman insisted: "They invented a rumor with Messi before and now we are supposedly interested in James Rodriguez.

"Who is our next target? Cristiano Ronaldo? We do not know who spreads these rumors but it goes too far. The club is not there to deny all the rumors. It is impossible for us to answer every false information.

"So please stop saying anything to make the buzz."
