Heath dedicates Orlando City's massive win overt LA Galaxy to the fans

Orlando City SC head coach Adrian Heath was thrilled as much for the fans as he was for his players on Sunday.

The MLS expansion club defeated reigning champions the LA Galaxy 4-0 at the Citrus Bowl in front of 40,122 fans to record their first home victory.

Goals from Eric Avila, Cyle Larin, Kaka and Darwin Ceren saw the Lions move up to fifth position on the Eastern Conference table but the win was more for the supporters who have been fervent in each of the club's five home fixtures so far this season.

"I'm delighted for everybody connected with the Club, especially the supporters who have been incredible," said Heath.

"I'm really pleased for the players because they've been working so hard. Overall, it's been a pleasing day for everybody, for my staff, and more importantly the supporters.

"The most important thing for us is to continue to do what is right. We spoke all week about trying to play more aggressively. "
