Lithuanian striker Arvydas Novikovas has signed a permanent deal with Hearts. Benfica were also reported to be interested in securing his services, but the talented teenager has opted to join Csaba Laszlo's SPL outfit.
Novikovas is currently sidelined by injury and is not expected to be fit until January.
