Hearts pay financial price for poor disciplinary record

The Scottish Football Association have fined Hearts £10,000 for their poor disciplinary record. The punishment comes on top of the £30,000 they were docked in the summer for their ill-discipline last season.

Already this campaign they picked up seven red and 37 yellow cards since August, giving them 163 disciplinary points.

Meanwhile, Kilmarnock, have escaped with a warning for their disciplinary record, which is actually worse this season than Hearts'.

Killie have 178 points after picking up two red and 56 yellow cards.
