Hearts must beat Nurnberg for Celtic's Riordan

The Daily Record says Tynecastle chief Vladimir Romanov is a huge admirer of the Celtic misfit and would not be put off by the fact the player was a hero at city rivals Hibs.

The player would consider are return to Hibs but their strict pay structure would be a massive hurdle - and there would be plenty of them in the way of a move to Hearts.

Record Sport can also reveal German side Nurnberg - long-time admirers of Riordan - will make a move when the window opens. Several other clubs are also showing interest.
