Hearts goalkeeper Craig Gordon insists he's unaware of any bid arriving from Sunderland for him.
The Black Cats were said to have slapped in a £3 million offer for the Scotland international yesterday, but Gordon told Hearts World: "The transfer window still has a long way to run but, at the moment, it has been very quiet.
"There aren't too many clubs looking for goalkeepers at the moment
"It might just be case that something happens towards the end - who knows?
"I've got to remain fully focused on doing my job as captain of Hearts and getting ready for the new season.
"I have to continue doing what I'm doing and developing as a player. I'm hopefully going to continue doing that wherever I may be.
"I'm just concentrating fully on the new season.
"It's starting again fairly soon and I have to be fit and ready to go for the start."
