Hearts boss seeks to heal rift with owner Romanov

Csaba Laszlo has no intention of resigning from Hearts despite the criticism of his transfer policy by Jambos owner Vladimir Romanov. Laszlo said: "I have never had any problem with the owner. I know there was something today in the newspapers but I'm concentrating on the St Johnstone game.

"Before I give my answer I must talk in private with the owner.

"I don't like to comment on things in newspapers before doing that. It's important to talk internally."

Laszlo claims there is interest in his services from Bundesliga side Hannover 96 but he will not seek an exit from Tynecastle.

"This is not my intention to leave the club," the former Ferencvaros head coach said.

"As long as the board don't sack me, I will stay here and do my job."
