Hearts boss advises Driver to be patient

Hearts winger Andrew Driver is being advised not to rush into a move away from Tynecastle by boss Csaba Laszlo. He told the Hearts website: "When a player is doing well, you are going to get clubs having a look at him.

"He's someone who is improving all the time, but he has to go to a club where he's going to play and keep improving.

"It is no secret we have had scouts from many clubs here at Tynecastle and that is a positive thing for me.

"Andrew wants to keep developing and, if the opportunity does come, he must decide if a particular move is right for him.

"He has a lot of people advising him. I am not his agent or his father - I am his manager and I would be happy for him to go to a higher stage if the situation was right for everyone.

"When you are young, you have to move at the right time to the right club.

"He doesn't want to sit on the bench every week and see his progress and confidence affected."
