Brown Ideye was on the mark for West Bromwich Albion in a friendly against Leicester City yesterday.
Ideye and fellow summer recruit Silvestre Varela scored as West Brom beat Leicester 2-0 in a behind-closed-doors friendly yesterday afternoon.
The friendly, at the Foxes' training ground, was organised to give the Baggies' players much-needed match practice ahead of their return to competitive action at Chelsea on November 22.
Two more summer signings, Georgios Samaras and Sebastian Blanco, also figured alongside youngsters Liam O'Neil and Adil Nabi and goalkeeper Boaz Myhill.
