Hazard wary of Real Madrid dithering; leaning towards new Chelsea deal

Chelsea ace Eden Hazard is demanding clarity from Real Madrid president Florentino Perez about his interest in his signing.

Long admired by Real coach Zinedine Zidane, Hazard is wary of going public over his wish to move to Madrid this summer after feeling let down by Perez in the past.

Indeed, Hazard's comments last week at a NBA exhibition game about "soon" signing a new deal with Chelsea is seen as a warning to Perez.

Diario Gol says the Belgian wants concrete assurances that Real will move for him at the end of this season - otherwise he will commit to a new contract with Chelsea.

Further clouding the situation is the status of Zidane. Should the Frenchman be sacked, it is more likely Perez will seek to bring James Rodriguez back from his loan with Bayern Munich than move for Hazard.

The Belgium international is wary of being left out in the cold by Perez and wants assurances from the Real president before risking any backlash from Blues fans.
