Eden Hazard says Chelsea are fully focused on winning trophies this season.

Although the Blues are out of the title race, thanks to Manchester City's dominance, they remain alive in the FA Cup and Champions League.

Antonio Conte's side snapped a two-game losing streak with a 2-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion on Monday night. And Hazard insists Chelsea are now focused on their upcoming fixtures.

Hazard said: "I think we need to be in the top four for the Champions League. If we can take the FA Cup, the Champions League also but it's not easy.
