Eden Hazard has paid tribute to Chelsea's supporters.
Over 30,000 Blues supporters made it to Wembley on Sunday as Chelsea overcame local rivals Tottenham 2-0 to win the Capital One Cup.
"They were unbelievable," Hazard said. "Every season they wait for trophies because when you play for Chelsea you have to win trophies.
"The win was for us and for them.
"It's always good to hear the fans singing your name. I wanted to score not just for me and the team but for them too. To celebrate with them after the game was amazing.
"We know how important games are against Tottenham for the fans. We lost the last game against them but we deserved to win this time. It's great to bring the trophy back to Stamford Bridge."
