Hazard apologises to Chelsea boss Mourinho

Eden Hazard has apologised to Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho and his teammates for missing training this week.

The London Evening Standard says Hazard was given permission to go and watch his former club, Lille, last weekend but did not catch his scheduled train home after losing his passport while travelling to France.

That meant he missed Monday's session and was dropped for Wednesday's Champions League match against Schalke.

But Mourinho said today: "He has reacted well, he apologised to me and the club and now it is over, something that doesn't exist any more. He's selected and ready to play. I'm happy he's back, case over, he's a very good kid.''
