Chelsea hero Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is backing Guus Hiddink for the job at his old club.

The Turkey coach is favourite to succeed Carlo Ancelotti at Stamford Bridge.

Hasselbaink said: "I know him very well, he gave me my Oranje debut.

"He is very intelligent and mastered his craft well.

"He has worked at Chelsea and was a success, so I understand why they want him."
