Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has explained how Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is able to manipulate opposition managers.
Conte has managed to make a real positive impact since arriving to Chelsea over the summer and the Italian looks on the verge of guiding the Blues to the Premier League title during his debut campaign.
Former Chelsea star Hasselbaink has been left very impressed with Conte's work at Stamford Bridge and has explained that the former Juventus manager is able to manipulate opposition teams with his tactical astuteness with his three-man defence and attacking wing-backs.
Hasselbaink said on Sky Sports News: "Football is changing. Every time there is something different happening. You have to change with football.
"Conte has come in and he used to play that way with the Italian national team and also with Juventus and was really successful.
"He could manipulate other teams who would set up differently. Everybody else has looked at it and tried to adopt it. It's a new thing to try. You have to have the squad and the players to do it."
