Joe Hart is set to knock back Tottenham's interest and pledge his future to Manchester City, reports the Manchester Evening News.
The Blues are keen to reward the 21-year-old goalkeeper with an improved contract - even though he has two years left on his current deal.
Having established himself as the Blues' first-choice keeper, he made his England debut against Trinidad and Tobago in Port of Spain three weeks ago and was also named City's Young Player of the Year.
It is understood that the keeper wants to stay at City, but wants a contract which reflects the impact he has made.
