Hart prepared to see out season as Portsmouth manager

Paul Hart is prepared to lead Portsmouth for the remainder of the season.

The Daily Mail says Hart and Brian Kidd are prepared to manage Portsmouth until the end of the season following their successful start against Manchester City last Saturday.

Hart, promoted from his role at the club as academy director, has the backing of the senior players while Kidd has also impressed with his coaching methods.

Portsmouth have identified Mexico coach Sven Goran Eriksson as a potential successor to Tony Adams but have failed to make any progress with the former England boss.
