Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart says the club's new signings have settled quickly.

Hart revealed he already knew they were top-quality players before they joined up with City's pre-season tour. But, more importantly, he revealed the likes of Fernandinho and Jesus Navas are helping to develop an improved team spirit in the dressing room.

Hart said: "First and foremost they seem like good guys, that's really important. They speak decent English and they want to get involved with the boys who are already here. We're building a good thing here.

"Football-wise, as you'd expect, they are all very good players. We've got a new style that we're working on and most of it is working, just not all of it yet."
