Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart is delighted to be manager Sven Goran Eriksson's outright No1.

"I've always felt settled in the side, there's no point if you don't believe in yourself," he told City's website. "If I hadn't got the nod I would have been just the same as I am right now, but fortunately I'm getting the chance to do it on the big stage and long may it continue.

"It's still the first time I'm playing against all these big teams, I've only played about four away games so far as well, I've barely done anything in the game. But, you have to start somewhere and you need to play to build the experience. Everything's a building block at the moment and I'm enjoying it."
