Hart determined for Man City to bounce back from disappointing campaign

Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart is eager to put last season behind him.

He is determined to impress City's boss-in-waiting Manuel Pellegrini and steer them back to the top before ending the 2013-14 campaign back in Brazil.

Hart, 26, said: "It doesn't always go to plan - as has been proven this year.

"We will come again harder next season, but for now I am looking forward to this international game.

"Playing in goal is what I love doing and for all the bad times there are plenty of good times like this.

"It's good to be out here and see that Brazil is going to be an exciting place to be in sport over the next couple of years.

"This was a great opportunity and the ultimate goal of getting to the World Cup is something we can't let slip."
