Joe Hart admits this season's success at Manchester City is partly down to England U21 boss Stuart Pearce calling him up for the summer's European Championships.

Hart said: "I learned a massive amount from the European finals. There were some big names in front of me.

"It's definitely helped me now I'm in the first team at City and with the Under-21s, so it's evidence that it's had a positive effect on me."
