Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart says Chelsea pair Frank Lampard and John Terry should always be England starters.
Both Blues stars missed last night's victory over Bulgaria.
Hart said: "They are the heartbeat of the side. They are two of the most well respected players in the country, if not the world.
"I don't think you can knock players like John Terry and Frank Lampard. I don't know how anyone could not consider having them in the team. If they are at your disposal, you use them. They have been the best and will be the best for years to come. I don't believe you can even think of not using them."
