Tottenham star Harry Kane has named Manchester City star Leroy Sane as the best German in the Premier League.

While Mesut Ozil is regarded by many to be the best German in the English top flight, there is now a case to be made for Sane.

He has been praised for his fast speed and has so far registered six goals and six assists in 12 appearances under Pep Guardiola as City sit comfortably at the top of the League standings with a comfortable eight point lead over their nearest rivals Manchester United.

Kane has been impressed by Sane and he named him as the most destructive German player in the League.

"Leroy Sane of Manchester City," he told Bild. "He just impresses me. He is so fast, aggressive, difficult to stop in one against one and he's scored often this season.

"It's nice to have him in the Premier League."
