Haris Vuckic has signed a new deal with Newcastle United.
The Daily Mail says Vuckic - who impressed on loan at Rangers last season - has signed a contract extension at St James' Park.
He is expected to head out on loan to Wigan Athletic.
Vuckic is regarded highly by Toon boss Steve McClaren.
