Stoke City boss Paul Lambert says he's putting in the long hours to help the club stave off relegation.
Now he's demanding the same work ethic from his players as they prepare to face Watford tonight.
“I'm at the training ground from the back end of 7am and I don't get home until about half-seven at night so I'm doing 12-hour days," said the Scot.
"I'm always first in and last out, so I'm very rarely outside the gates. But that's the way I like it.
“I want us to be on the front foot every time - the intensity is the way I want to play. They're grasping that which is really good."
