Ron-Robert Ziegler is believed to be in talks with a number of different Premier League sides.

According to his agent Gunther Neuhaus, the Hannover goalkeeper is a target for English clubs and is believed to be interested din making the move from Germany.

Neuhaus told Neue Presse: "I know he's with several English clubs in conversation. But I will not tell him of any interest. Ron fully focused on the relegation battle and wants to stay under any circumstances."

Zieler, who spent time with Manchester United at the beginning of his career, is being loosely linked with Manchester City but Neuhaus says his client would only consider such a move if regular game time were to be guaranteed.

"He would certainly be good enough to play for a club like Manchester City," he added.

"If he had been scheduled as a regular player and not as second goalkeeper, this could be an interesting option for Ron."
