Hannover coach Mirko Slomka is delighted with their capture of Manchester United striker Mame Biram Diouf.

The 24-year-old has signed a contract with the Bundesliga side until July 2014 and will join up with them on Monday.

"I am pleased that we now have another alternative for our attack with Mame Diouf," Slomka said.

"We are now going to have to integrate him quickly so that he can help us with our upcoming challenges in the Bundesliga and the Europa League."
