Hangeland upset Fulham conceded late against West Brom

Fulham defender Brede Hangeland admitted frustration after their draw with West Bromwich Albion.

The Cottagers allowed West Brom to equalise late on.

"When you’re in the lead that close to the end of the match it’s always a bit frustrating to concede," Hangeland told fulhamfc.com.

"There wasn’t much between the two teams tonight so perhaps a draw was a fair reflection of the game.

"We would have of course liked to have won the game as it was a home match. This was a game we looked at and thought we could win but we didn’t. Maybe we can go to Manchester City and get something there on Saturday.

"We know that on our day we can get a result against any team. We played well away to Arsenal and Chelsea this season and in recent seasons we’ve done well away to Manchester City."
