Fulham boss Martin Jol is looking at next month for defender Brede Hangeland to decide his future at Craven Cottage. The 31-year-old is one of a quartet of players out of contract at Craven Cottage, with Jol hoping to tie down Mark Schwarzer, Philippe Senderos and Giorgos Karagounis in the near future.
"We are talking to quite a few players," Jol said. "He is one of them. It's about him. But we are talking so it's a positive thing and he wants to stay here.
"That's good so there is no news now, but hopefully in the next couple of weeks."
