Rayo Vallecano midfielder Raúl Baena denies blanking Barcelona midfielder Lionel Messi's gesture to shake hands before Sunday's game. Baena has been accused of ignoring Messi's hand, but he insists it was the Argentine who blanked him.

"It's a matter I'd like to clear up and settle. Many media sources take it for granted that I refused to greet Messi, even though they were the visiting team, we were the home side, and it's them who walk past and greet us," Baena told Rayo's official media sources.
