Inter Milan goalkeeper Samir Handanovic was left frustrated with their 0-0 draw with Empoli.
Handanovic was the best performer for Inter on the day.
"We must admit we played pretty badly," Handanovic told Sky Sport Italia.
"Our opponents were livelier and we just weren't keeping hold of the ball. If we don't win, at least we draw. The positive is that we kept a clean sheet.
"Is it a concern that the goalkeeper has to do so much at Inter? No, everyone gives their contribution and we hope one of our outfield players can score two goals next time out.
"We are still a work in progress. We ought to have more possession and show more determination in certain zones of the pitch.
"Empoli also deserve credit for their performance."
