Burnley players Scott Arfield and Johann Berg Gudmundsson are set to miss Saturday's

home game against Southampton with hamstring injuries.

Both players picked up their respective injuries in the FA Cup draw at Sunderland last weekend.

"The two lads who came off, Scotty and Johann, they are unlikely to be right," boss Sean Dyche confirmed.

"We're hopeful and quite positive with the news from the scans that it's nothing too major, simple hamstring injuries if you like, but I'd be very surprised if they make it for this weekend."

Burnley sit 12th on the table with 23 points while the Saints are one point above in 10th ahead of Saturday's meeting at Turf Moor.
