Marek Hamsik hopes Napoli can keep their squad together.

Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri and striker Edinson Cavani are both being linked with summer departures.

Hamsik said: "I have never had regrets in my life and am happy to be here. I hope Mazzarri and Cavani can stay here, as they are our strength.

"Edi is relaxed and not thinking about the transfer gossip because we still have to earn second place. At the end of the season he will have two months to make a decision.

"Mazzarri has helped me in every aspect. How do I see the next five years panning out? For the moment I am focused on securing the Champions League place, then enjoying that competition next season and hopefully even fight for the Scudetto."
