Hamsik on brink of signing new Napoli contract

Marek Hamsik is on the brink of signing a new contract with Napoli.

The Slovakia international midfielder's agent, Jurelay Venglo, met with Napoli chief Riccardo Bigon yesterday to put the finishing touches on the new deal.

Hamsik's new deal will keep him in Naples until 2015. The youngster was linked with Chelsea yesterday.
